Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship physical products across India to serviceable PIN codes. International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated on a product page.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification. Processing may take longer during festivals, campaigns, or high-volume periods.

Shipments are fulfilled through logistics partners including Shiprocket and affiliated couriers. Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

You will receive tracking information by email or SMS when available.

Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete payment. Free-shipping promotions apply only when explicitly displayed.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may contact you to reship (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund for the product value per our Refund Policy.
