Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview
We aim to handle refunds and cancellations fairly and transparently. Timelines below apply after we approve a refund request.
Physical products (shop orders)
Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel within 24 hours of placing an order if it has not been shipped. Contact us at info@divyasadhana.org with your order number.
Defective or wrong item: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. After verification, we will arrange replacement or refund.
Return eligibility: Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery unless the product is perishable, personalized, or marked non-returnable.
Refund timeline: Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank or Razorpay processing may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Digital AI readings
Teaser previews are provided before purchase. Full report unlocks are non-refundable once the complete report has been generated and delivered to your account, except where required by law or in case of a verified technical failure on our side.
If payment was charged but the report failed to generate after successful verification, contact support within 7 days for a refund or complimentary regeneration.
Donations
Voluntary donations to seva campaigns are generally non-refundable unless processed in error (duplicate charge). Contact us with transaction details within 7 days.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account restriction.
How to request a refund
Email info@divyasadhana.org with your order or reading ID, reason, and supporting details. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
